• Responsible for communication and satisfaction of servicing internal and external clients • Review the quality of client and annual valuations, government forms, correction calculations • Provide technical assistance to MAP Colleagues • Engage in active communication with colleagues and Directors • Collaborate with QR Team and Compliance Manager to identify consistent errors
• Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party administration • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services operations environment • PensionPro and FTW experience a plus • Microsoft Office 360, SharePoint, Notebook, PowerPoint experience preferred
