• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that drive qualified demand and pipeline growth. • Own the strategy and execution of event marketing and demand generation campaigns. • Manage email and nurture campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics. • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies. • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events. • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including product placement and vendor coordination. • Oversee the development of event and demand generation collateral.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketing. • Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events that support pipeline growth. • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
