📋 Description

• Automated customer reporting: Replace manual CSV workflows with live usage dashboards and automated data delivery to partner success teams and customers • Marketing automation: Design and run automated social media and campaign pipelines so brand activity continues without dedicated headcount • Content generation: Use AI to produce printables, educator guides, and supplemental materials at scale from our existing video and curriculum library • Agentic operational workflows: Sales tracking, task follow-up, renewal alerts, and internal reporting — identify, prioritize, and automate • Data pipeline coordination: Work with the engineering team to ensure the right data is available to power the automations you build • AI tooling evaluation: Stay current on the AI landscape and recommend when and how new tools should be adopted

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or a commercially focused role • Active, self-directed user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — you have incorporated these into your daily work, not just experimented once • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar • Understanding of email campaign logic — sequences, triggers, segmentation, follow-up workflows • Comfortable setting up no-code automations using tools like Zapier or Make to connect platforms and reduce manual steps • Strong commercial instinct — you think about outcomes, not just tasks • Proactive and self-managing — you do not wait to be told what to do next
