📋 Description

• Deliver live sessions, typically 90 to 150 minutes, mostly online • Work from session designs and written briefs prepared by Programme Scientists • Prepare for each session using the brief received at least five working days in advance • Facilitate small-group work, provide feedback, and coach participants during sessions • Manage skeptical senior participants, quiet groups, and participants who debate instead of practising • Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours after every session • Participate in accreditation before the first client session • Remain open to observation and feedback after sessions • Potentially provide follow-up coaching to the same group based on seniority and ability

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting • Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups, keeping cameras on, and handling session mechanics • Comfortable delivering material not personally written while adhering to a required structure • Skilled at facilitating practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes • Fluent, credible professional English • Comfortable with senior audiences • Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures • Desirable: coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group work • Desirable: additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language • Familiarity with evidence-based learning design
