📋 Description

• Receive and manage inbound calls from participants • Address questions about claims and program details • Recommend solutions based on customer needs • Validate applications and claims associated with the automotive rebate program • Provide back-end operational support for seamless program execution • Attend training sessions for new and existing clients • Stay informed on POEV program updates and operational changes • Deliver accurate, timely information about programs and services • Update internal tracking systems for data accuracy and issue resolution • Support participants over the phone and assist with back-end operational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin • 1–3 years of customer service experience • Clear speaking voice, strong grammar, and excellent retention skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets • Research, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not provided • Ability to work 8AM–5PM PST and a standard 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule, with hours potentially varying based on business demand
