📋 Description

• Receive and manage inbound calls from participants, addressing questions about Claims, program details, and recommending solutions based on their needs. • Validation of Applications and Claims associated with Automotive Rebate program. • Provide back‑end operational support to ensure seamless program execution. • Attend training sessions for new and existing clients to stay informed on POEV program updates and operational changes. • Deliver accurate, timely information on programs and services to customers. • Update internal tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin • 1–3 years of customer service experience • Clear speaking voice, strong grammar, and excellent retention skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets • Research, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
