📋 Description

• Research and test AI tools in creator communities • Build playbooks and best-practice guides for editors and producers • Partner with editors and producers to find AI efficiencies in productions • Support the edit team by contributing real work when needed • Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams on evaluation and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years cutting TV spots or short-form video at senior-editor level • Personally tested Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, Sora or similar tools • Community-active in AI creator communities like Discord, X, Reddit • Ability to run structured tests and evaluate AI tools
