📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage an Architectural Services team that provides project‑specific technical support to design professionals (architects, structural engineers, façade consultants, and spec writers). • Establish and maintain standard details, guide specifications, and drawing templates for H&B products and systems. • Coordinate with architects and engineers to review project drawings and specifications and recommend appropriate H&B solutions, alternates, and value‑engineered options. • Oversee preparation of project submittal packages, including technical data sheets, CAD/Revit details, performance documentation, and code compliance narratives to support product approval. • Develop and implement processes for handling architect/engineer technical inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses from the Architectural Services team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related construction field • Management experience • Certifications in CSI CDT, LEED AP, PassiveHaus preferred • Proficient in basic computer skills as well as possess the ability to be trained in company specific software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expected to travel up to 50% to visit facilities, customers, vendors and suppliers.
