📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with Senior delivery team leadership providing subject matter expertise to mature tools and related processes to drive consistency using the CACI ASF/scaled agile model • Evaluate opportunities to leverage/implement third party applications/plugins to optimize performance of Agile work management tools • Implement and maintain automation to increase efficiency for delivery and management teams • Drive adoption and adherence to agile best practices as aligned to the contract model to drive efficiencies • Liaise with RTEs, architects, and other stakeholders; fostering quality communication between disciplines • Strengthen the presence of the team within the Agile Communities of Practice, actively contributing to the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in deployment, administration, and configuration of Atlassian or other Agile work management tools, including supporting associated process alignment • Experience in the integration of third-party plugins to extend the capabilities of Atlassian tools • Understanding of Atlassian tool suite and API capabilities with experience integrating with other systems, including ITSM management systems such as ServiceNow. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and eight (8) years of related experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong Agile background, with experience using Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach. SAFe Practitioner, or other relevant Scaled Agile Certification preferred. • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification (Desired) • Experience supporting the NASA Web Services Operational Environment (Desired) • Experience supporting enterprise level Federal government projects (Desired) • Prior lead-level experience on an enterprise/large scale Agile software development effort (Desired) • Experience supporting modernization and cloud initiatives (Desired) • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas (Desired)
