📋 Description

• Assist with track inspections and evaluate rail infrastructure conditions • Identify defects and document findings for repair and maintenance planning • Provide inspection reports to estimators to support project bidding • Work closely with operations teams to ensure service meets customer expectations and timelines • Assist in resolving customer service issues related to track conditions and project execution • Maintain quality standards by following company procedures and safety protocols • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 3–5 years of construction experience preferred • 2+ years of field experience in construction or related environment preferred • Project management experience, including cost analysis and budgeting, preferred • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) • Ability to work in a team environment with initiative and attention to detail • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on safety and quality • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and reports • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and active construction environments • Ability to travel as required • Valid driver’s license in good standing
