📋 Description

• Communicate with potential owners by telephone to schedule preview package reservations • Explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation and verify eligibility • Overcome objections while maintaining a polite and enthusiastic demeanor • Leverage guest loyalty to persuade callers to reserve vacation ownership preview package dates • Contact appropriate call center individuals, leaders, or departments to resolve calls, requests, or problems • Answer questions about vacation destinations, resort facilities, and services • Check accommodation and date availability and suggest alternatives • Promote accommodation upgrades and extra nights to drive additional revenue • Clearly explain preview-package reservation and sales-presentation requirements • Follow company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, and express appreciation • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors

• Must live in the San Marcos, CA area • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by telephone • Ability to explain reservation and sales-presentation requirements • Ability to verify eligibility requirements • Ability to overcome objections using sales techniques • Ability to answer questions about vacation destinations, resort facilities, and services • Ability to check accommodation and date availability and suggest alternatives • Ability to promote accommodation upgrades and extra nights • Ability to follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality • Ability to comply with quality assurance expectations and standards • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
