📋 Description

• Lead the Quality & Food Safety integration workstream, including project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, and progress tracking • Serve as the subject matter expert for Q&FS digital systems integration • Support system harmonization, stakeholder training, and business readiness activities • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and coordinate integration activities • Analyze and map current-state Q&FS processes across multiple organizations • Design and implement harmonized future-state processes aligned with digital transformation objectives and global Q&FS standards • Evaluate, select, and integrate digital systems • Standardize metrics, reporting, and performance management processes • Ensure integrated processes, systems, and workflows comply with Q&FS standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements • Champion organizational change and support communication and engagement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, or related technical field • 5 years of related experience in complex business environments • Q&FS experience • Deep understanding of Q&FS digital systems • Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in English • Good understanding of quality and food safety systems • Ability to train internal employees on technical systems • Great presentation skills • 10 years of experience in different quality and food safety-related areas (preferred) • Deep understanding of Mars’ systems including Nexus, SAP Atlas, and Mars Pulse (preferred) • Related certifications such as project management PMP, facilitation, or managing successful programs (preferred)
