📋 Description

• Support federal acquisition activities throughout the procurement lifecycle • Conduct acquisition planning, market research, and procurement strategy development • Prepare and maintain solicitation packages, including Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and supporting acquisition documentation • Assist with proposal receipt, evaluations, negotiations, and contract award documentation • Prepare contract awards, modifications, and closeout documentation • Support post-award contract administration activities • Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting cradle-to-grave federal contracting activities • Current or previous FAC-C certification (or civilian equivalent) • Experience supporting both pre-award and post-award acquisition activities • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Preferred Experience using Integrated Contract Expert (ICE) • Experience supporting the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the CDC
