📋 Description

• Provide virtual psychosocial assessments and individual psychotherapy through a telehealth platform • Deliver time-framed, goal-focused, skill-based therapy using evidence-based approaches: CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation • Lead and facilitate group therapy and support groups • Provide support and advocacy to caregivers and family members of patients with dementia and SMI • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms in the EMR • Collaborate in daily team huddles; identify social determinants of health needs the care team will work to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LCSW or LPC license • Must be able to bill Medicare • Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth • Experience screening, assessing, and treatment-planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders • Working knowledge of evidence-based brief behavioral interventions (motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, behavioral activation) • A confidential home workspace and reliable internet (computer provided)
