📋 Description

• Complete and review loan applications with borrowers and Mortgage Loan Officers • Explain the mortgage process, timelines, and milestones to customers • Order and track appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and credit reports • Prepare and deliver required disclosures and documentation • Collect and review documents needed for underwriting • Coordinate commitment letters and satisfy loan conditions • Ensure appraisal and Closing Disclosure delivery within required timelines • Schedule closings and coordinate with all parties involved • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the mortgage process • Support a smooth customer experience from application to closing

🎯 Requirements

• Mortgage loan processing experience • Mortgage loan assistant, underwriting, or closing experience • Working knowledge of the full mortgage lifecycle, including origination, processing, underwriting, pricing, and loan servicing • Experience with Mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS) • Knowledge of mortgage compliance and disclosure requirements • Strong customer service and communication skills • Attention to detail and organization • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines • Confidentiality and professionalism • Strong computer and technology skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently
