📋 Description

• Provide talent acquisition solutions and market insight to meet business growth plans and drive key results • Lead sourcing strategies to increase qualified candidate volume and build diverse pipelines • Educate internal stakeholders on recruiting best practices, job descriptions, candidate outreach, employer value propositions, interviewing, and onboarding • Work with department leadership to create staffing plans and identify resources • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience • Participate in projects that enhance internal recruitment processes • Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, and employees • Represent the MasTec brand and culture to candidates and industry networks • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and referrals • Participate in career fairs, sourcing events, and projects • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to share updates, establish co-ownership, improve morale, and source candidate leads • Follow up with hiring managers to assess recruiting plan effectiveness and implementation • Drive process improvements to make hiring more effective, efficient, and positive • Create and negotiate offers involving compensation, incentive plans, relocation packages, and other hiring issues • Liaise with HR, Resources & Logistics, IT, Marketing/Communications, and other business units to onboard candidates effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience required, with 3+ years within construction preferred • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, with experience pipelining for future roles • Practical working knowledge of EEO, AAP, and OFCCP requirements as applied in organizational sourcing • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Expertise in current recruitment trends, including the use of social media tools for recruitment • Experience with iCIMS, UKG and/or ServiceNow is a plus • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience in a research capacity for candidate generation • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with a high sense of urgency • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on metrics • Experience recruiting talent in competitive markets • Ability to recruit at all levels, from entry level to executive • Ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work culture • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance • Ability to interact and build strong relationships with all levels of management • Ability to travel up to 25%, or as needed based on business demands • May be subject to pre-employment background check and drug testing
