📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Help parents set realistic expectations and understand developmental changes in infant sleep patterns • Provide guidance and strategies to establish healthy sleep habits and routines for infants • Support parents navigating infant sleep regressions and changes in sleep patterns • Offer newborn care tips, including pacifier use and managing pacifier dependency • Provide emotional support to mothers, recognize potential early signs of postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety, and connect them with appropriate resources and clinical support • Document encounters in Maven’s MPractice practice management system • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, in-person referrals, and follow-up care • Provide culturally humble care and advance Maven’s care model • Optionally moderate community forums, lead virtual member classes, and write or review educational articles

🎯 Requirements

• Gentle Sleep Coach certified or certified as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant through Family Sleep Institute • Currently residing in the United States • Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week in a part-time, independent contractor (1099) capacity • At least 5 years of professional experience providing sleep coaching • At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth • Experience providing one-on-one sleep coaching in a private practice setting • Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment • Passion for women’s and family health, with a strong interest in infant sleep and postpartum support
