📋 Description

• Guide members in improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health • Support members in setting and achieving incremental goals through the Calibrate program • Celebrate member successes, address challenges, and hold members accountable for sustainable healthy habits • Complete administrative tasks and resolve member inquiries • Implement core coaching competencies using the Calibrate Intensive Lifestyle Intervention Program • Engage, support, and retain members through rapport, empathy, and compassionate service • Deliver quality member experiences through asynchronous messaging, phone, and live chat • Handle inbound member calls professionally and promptly • Respond to program inquiries, verify information, process account updates, and navigate multiple systems • Identify member needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives • Collaborate with team members, leaders, and departments to achieve service level agreements • Personalize the program by setting relevant, achievable, incremental goals • Use active listening to empower members toward sustainable habit change • Utilize engagement metrics to support members in achieving goals • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools • Escalate member concerns appropriately and de-escalate dissatisfied members • Document member interactions and next steps, escalating issues to management as needed • Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, or 1 year plus a coaching certification • NBHWC preferred • Customer service experience preferred • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly • Strong computer skills, including Google Suite, Slack, and video conferencing • Ability to work remotely and on a computer for extended periods • Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated • Predictable and regular attendance during scheduled work hours • Experience in a fast-paced environment; startup experience preferred • Ability to hold yourself accountable in a remote working environment
