📋 Description

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis • Answer student questions about the electrical trade and job search • Share real-world insight into entry-level electrician roles and apprenticeships • Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it • Showcase real-world electrical experience during workshops • Support students transitioning into careers in the skilled trades

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial) • Interest in mentoring and helping career changers enter the trades • Strong communication and teaching ability • Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday • Self-starter mindset and comfort leading workshops independently • Proficiency with digital tools like Google Meets and Calendly
