📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 15-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Educate members on the fertility journey, fertility assessments, and ART treatments • Educate members about possible reasons for infertility, including PCOS, endometriosis, anovulation, and male factor infertility • Review questions members should raise with their in-person REI and answer general questions not addressed during in-person consultations • Capture encounter summary documentation in the MPractice practice management system • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team on member needs, in-person referrals, and follow-ups • Represent Maven’s care model by providing culturally humble, evidence-based care

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice • Must be residing in the United States • Good standing with all applicable medical boards • No history of medical malpractice, disciplinary actions, or loss/restriction of hospital privileges • Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week • 3+ years practicing as an independently licensed provider • 3+ years of prior experience in the telehealth space • Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform • Passion for women’s and family health
