📋 Description
• Conduct on-site certifications and training across all Final Mile markets • Work closely with Driver Training and Dedicated Operations • Ensure professional licensing and documentation compliance • Monitor and track professional licensing expirations • Coordinate with dedicated operations and the training department • Support the Train-the-Trainer program • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Collaborate with operations, safety, and training teams • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • Must have a valid Class A CDL • Working knowledge of open deck operations • Load securement practices • Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations required • Logistically minded • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
