📋 Description

• Provide advanced clinical inquiry responses, verbally and in writing, to consumers, educators, and medical/health professionals • Provide medical subject matter expertise • Perform advanced database searches • Compose documents, reports, and correspondence • Document all incoming inquiries • Participate in special projects as required • Support CDC INFO, the CDC’s national contact center, via phone, email, and chat

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 2–4 years of experience • Additional training or education in area of specialization may be required • Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language • Strong listening, communication, and internet research skills • Ability to follow established scripts and protocols • Ability to navigate approved resources • Computer with webcam and headset with microphone required during training • Tablets, iPads, and Chromebooks are not permitted • Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher required; 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed • Hard-wired internet connectivity via Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable • Private and secure work area and adequate power source • Windows 10 or Windows 11, or supported Mac operating systems
