📋 Description

• Coordinate assessment activities for multiple assessment programs, including Michigan QRTP and North Dakota PASRR • Manage referrals • Ensure timely processing of case-related documentation • Facilitate communication among assessors, providers, facilities, and program stakeholders • Maintain compliance with program requirements • Support operational workflows • Provide technical assistance to ensure efficient service delivery • Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents • Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy • Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents • Follow established policies and procedures for indexing and imaging • Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • 0–2 years of relevant experience required • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a call center environment or administrative role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively • Reliable high-speed internet service • Minimum 20 Mbps download speed and 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed • Private and secure workspace
