📋 Description

• Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives • Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes • Conduct and interpret individual, team, and/or organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making • Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance • Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of relevant professional experience, or Master's degree in Psychology and 8+ years of related experience, or PhD and 6+ years of related experience • Advanced expertise in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance • Experience providing psychological consultation and guidance • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating psychology-based programs and initiatives • Experience developing assessment methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience conducting and interpreting individual, team, and/or organizational assessments • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data • Experience leading complex client engagements and making evidence-based recommendations • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders • Experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership
