📋 Description
• Performs clinical service, including clinical supervision for all clinical staff within the Behavioral Health Program • Applies the counseling processes and therapeutic use of self to provide quality patient care and education clinical supervision to staff • Provides clinical supervision to staff including therapists, nurses, and behavioral technicians • Performs counseling and case management for each patient assigned, including: assessment, diagnosis, planning care, intervention (including counseling patients/significant others, facilitating psychotherapy and educational groups), evaluation (including identifying unmet or new therapy services)
🎯 Requirements
• PhD or PsyD • NM Psychology License
