📋 Description

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Siemens NX CAD and NX best practices • Explore and leverage AI to provide agentic solutions that improve engineering workflows and customer outcomes • Contribute to automation and customization initiatives using NX Open, journaling, scripting, and related technologies • Contribute to presales activities, including discovery sessions, technical presentations, demonstrations, solution definition, and proposals • Take technical ownership of customer engagements • Coordinate activities, solve problems, and ensure successful customer outcomes • Collaborate with specialists across PLM, software development, simulation, manufacturing, and AI • Build trusted customer relationships and understand engineering challenges • Proactively help customers identify solutions • Deliver NX CAD consulting services and technical training • Mentor and support engineers working on NX-related projects • Become a senior technical anchor for NX within the US team • Connect CAD expertise with automation, PLM, software, and emerging technologies to solve customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of industrial experience working with Siemens NX CAD, including product design, configuring and administering NX environments • Ability to work with USA ITAR materials is mandatory • Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to engineering and product development workflows • Experience working directly with customers or internal engineering stakeholders in a consulting, application engineering, technical support, or similar role • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems beyond standard user-level functionality • Ability to navigate unfamiliar technical challenges • Strong sense of ownership and ability to take a customer problem from initial discussion through resolution • Experience leading technical activities, work packages, or customer projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build credibility with technical specialists and customer stakeholders • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Occasional travel to customer sites when required • Experience with NX Open, NX journaling, or NX automation/customisation is nice to have • Experience with scripting or programming, such as Python, TCL, C#, C++, or similar technologies is nice to have • Exposure to Teamcenter or other PLM systems is nice to have • Experience with NX CAM, NX Post Builder, Siemens Post Configurator, or related manufacturing tools is nice to have • Experience with Solid Edge or other commercial CAD platforms is nice to have • Experience delivering or supporting design automation solutions is nice to have • Experience mentoring engineers or informally leading technical teams is nice to have • Experience with additive manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing technologies is nice to have • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
