📋 Description

• Help manage clients’ Dataverse & Dynamics CE systems • Design & develop solutions built on Microsoft’s Power Platform • Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to clients’ CE & Dataverse systems • Work on multiple clients each week, delivering tasks on-time and on-budget • Define functional requirements and document solution design • Monitor and triage new support cases • Guide clients through Microsoft upgrade cycles • Manage small projects utilizing Agile methodology • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, team members, and management • Optimize individual utilization • Continue professional education with specific annual training goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years with D365 CE customization and configuration • 3+ years building Model Driven and Canvas applications utilizing Dataverse as the primary data source • Strong understanding of Dataverse solutioning & ALM • 1+ years implementing & supporting PowerApp Portals/Power Pages • 1+ years utilizing Power Automate on implementations • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 and/or PL-100 • Experience with Azure DevOps • Implementation or support experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations • Microsoft Integration such as Dual Write experience • 2+ years as a consultant
