📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships for customers in Convenience, Drug, Limited Assortment and Military growth channels • Deliver growth objectives related to distribution, promotion, trade spend and retail media • Lead internal annual planning, forecasting, checkbook management, customer line reviews and retail execution planning • Achieve net sales, trade spend objectives and profit targets through new customer prospecting and elevating existing relationships • Translate national sales strategies into customer-centric plans, including innovation, merchandising programs, digital strategies and an insights agenda • Establish customer forecasts across the total business and manage the checkbook using Telus / TPM • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer planning and execution • Establish effective partnerships with brokers to deliver against internal and customer objectives • Provide retail and in-store executional support for the Military channel under the direction of the CBM III • Travel for business 10–25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field OR in lieu of a degree 6 years’ directly related experience • Minimum 3 years in Sales and Marketing in the CPG industry with customer management experience • Capable of managing multiple priorities and complexity • Aptitude to make data-driven, insightful decisions leveraging sales reporting and consumption tools • Excellent verbal and written communication combined with polished presentation capability • Valid driver’s license • As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future
