📋 Description

• Trade financial and physical power products in North American wholesale power markets • Develop and trade strategies using the company’s trading platform • Identify and scale trading edges with support from analysts, engineers, and quants • Work directly with decision-makers in an entrepreneurial trading organization • Participate in training and knowledge sharing, including travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical capabilities • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • Experience trading in North American wholesale power markets, financial or physical • Working knowledge of one or more major markets, such as PJM, ERCOT, or MISO • Comfort working with data • Strong SQL and Python skills are a significant asset • Fluent spoken and written English • Ability and desire to travel for training and knowledge sharing
