📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, video chat or other means of communication as appropriate. • Support customers by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions. • Document all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required. • Maintain excellent knowledge of all company products/services and industry trends.
