📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction • Provide friendly and efficient customer support from a remote location

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada
