📋 Description

• Lead and develop a Data Analytics team • Partner with business leaders and enterprise project teams • Guide the development of high-quality reporting and analytics solutions • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Identify and deliver data and analytics solutions • Partner closely with Information Technology and Information Security • Help identify, develop, and implement AI solutions • Support the implementation of advanced analytics capabilities • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Data Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field • 10+ years’ experience of analytics-related experience within the insurance industry • Specific experience in medical professional liability preferred • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of data management principles, data modeling, and data visualization best practices • Expertise in analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar • Experience in working with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, natural language processing, or generative AI) to drive advanced analytics • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to mentor direct reporting staff and create opportunities for staff development
