📋 Description

• Own delivery outcomes across teams or value streams through Scrum Masters • Establish and enforce delivery models, cadences, and governance aligned to Ontada’s Agile Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC) • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure work is properly sequenced, funded, and staffed for predictable execution • Provide oversight of release planning, milestone management, cross-team dependencies, and delivery commitments • Proactively identify and mitigate systemic delivery risks • Serve as the senior agile authority supporting delivery transformation across assigned teams • Oversee iteration-based planning and execution, including capacity allocation, flow efficiency, risk identification, mitigation, tracking, and reporting • Deliver Scrum Master responsibilities for one team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale technology delivery in enterprise environments • Prior people leadership experience managing Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, or Technical Program Managers • Proven ownership of delivery outcomes across multiple teams, programs, or value streams • Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management capabilities • Demonstrated ability to influence Directors, VPs, and senior leaders through data and insight • Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and enterprise delivery models • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments • Strong command of delivery metrics, governance, and risk management practices • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related delivery tools • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
