📋 Description

• Application of receivables to Cash Receipts Log, QuickBooks and Finance Trackers for all lines of business • Transactional line-item cash posting into proprietary systems based on remittance detail provided by pharmaceutical companies • Recognizing missed revenue opportunities by reconciling payment detail to financial tracking rates to determine discrepancies and communicate these to accounting • Ensure accuracy of cash postings by contacting the pharmaceutical companies to verify payment remittance detail • Review, interpret and discuss remittances from clients for data accuracy • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree highly preferred • 1 year work experience in a medical office, hospital, clinical research or pharmaceutical corporation preferred • 1 year work experience in a position requiring exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office products including Excel • Basic financial operations knowledge including general ledger and cash system functionalities.
