📋 Description
• Manage overall customer relationship, day-to-day activities, renewals, issue resolution • Engage enterprise stakeholders and drive new Enterprise Solutions • Secure and document customer’s realized return on investment • Prepare and present Quarterly Reviews to customers • Oversee contract execution and drive incremental solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience • 4+ years of Account Management in healthcare industry with focus on retail and outpatient pharmacy • Proven track record of customer retention, renewals, and growth • Financial Acumen • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
