📋 Description

• Assist in simplification projects across the US Oncology Network Practice Management Accounting team to improve quality and increase efficiency • Support the PM Accounting Integration team with enhancements to the new practice onboarding and integration checklist • Support Accounting staff with month-end close and account reconciliations • Gain a broader understanding of the monthly accounting cycle • Review close checklists for completeness

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fun, demanding, fast-paced environment • Self-starter with interpersonal skills and ability to identify and solve problems • Passion and enthusiasm for healthcare and customers’ success • Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship, at the Undergraduate or Graduate level • Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship • 18 years of age • Authorized to work in the United States • 3.5 GPA • Major in a technical, business, or analytics discipline • Superior collaboration and communication skills • Strong communication, writing and team collaboration skills • Ability to manage priorities effectively
