📋 Description

• Assist with project setup activities within Deltek Vantagepoint • Support project data maintenance, including contract information, task structures, and billing details • Assist with preparation and review of client invoices • Validate project-related expenses, time entries, and supporting documentation • Monitor project billing status and aging reports • Support Project Accountants and Billing Specialists with contract administration activities • Organize and maintain project financial records and billing documentation • Participate in project review meetings and financial discussions • Research invoice and billing discrepancies • Support month-end and year-end accounting activities related to projects and billing • Assist with data analysis and financial reporting • Support project audits and documentation reviews • Participate in ERP training and process improvement initiatives • Complete special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing; Junior and Senior students preferred • Strong interest in project accounting, finance, or professional services accounting • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including occasionally moving items weighing up to 25 pounds • Ability to travel up to 5%, potentially to any or all 50 US states
