📋 Description
• Lead complex workforce management initiatives related to company separation • Manage large-scale system initiatives transitioning from ADP to Dayforce • Collect and validate business requirements • Collaborate with IT, HRIS, Operations, and vendors • Perform user acceptance testing and post-go live support • Communicate system changes and assist with training
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years Workforce Management experience or HR IT related PM experience • Experience supporting WFM system implementations • Strong business requirements gathering skills • Experience with UAT, end-to-end testing, and smoke testing • Strong project management skills • Advanced analytical skills • Ability to travel 30%
