MCW is Mythical Cars Worldwide, a French automotive services company that assists clients with vehicle importation into France, road transport and logistics for cars, motorcycles, caravans, trailers and boats, and performance engine reprogramming/tuning. MCW also supplies performance parts, custom exhausts, vehicle covering (wraps) and detailing, and helps customers find and source vehicles to match their preferences.

📋 Description

• Assist with routine sorting, calculating, posting, copying, and filing • Maintain files in appropriate locations • Look up information in tables, lists, and reports and post information appropriately • Perform light typing and word processing • Perform data entry in various software systems and complete forms as requested • Provide basic administrative support under staff supervision • Perform basic research experiments • Support lab maintenance • Assist with research-based administrative duties • Participate in lab meetings, seminars, and workshops as needed • Collaborate with research team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in college • No experience required • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis • Knowledge of computers • Knowledge of clerical procedures • Knowledge of customer service standards • Knowledge of collaboration and information management • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of research • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication • May occasionally need to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects • Ability to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials • Ability to stand or walk continuously • Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, water, or other liquids
