📋 Description

• Receive in-depth training • Be assigned to one of four MDS teams calling on behalf of a set of clients • Call for 4–8 different clients over the course of an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment • Handle approximately 16–24 completed calls per hour with 20–30 seconds between calls on average • Communicate with donors and prospective donors using an approved script • Secure financial gifts on behalf of clients • Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability • Dedicated wired internet connection • Quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions • Basic computer skills • Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes • Willingness to learn • Persistence • Ability to respect the company's Christian values and workplace culture • Must be able to work 40-hour shifts
