MDVIP is a US-based healthcare membership company that provides personalized primary care through a network of affiliated physicians. Members pay an annual fee (with options to pay every 3, 6, or 12 months) for access to a dedicated physician who manages a smaller patient panel (~600 patients) allowing longer visits, same-day or next-day appointments, after-hours availability, and a comprehensive Annual Wellness Program that includes advanced labs, in-depth screenings, and a personalized care plan. MDVIP complements existing insurance/Medicare by billing routine and specialist/hospital services through insurance while the membership fee covers the enhanced primary care experience and wellness program. The company also connects members with Medical Centers of Excellence (e. g. , Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic) for advanced care and serves employers looking to improve wellness and retention.
