Translate the marketing roadmap into weekly production commitments across agency partners and engineering. • Use LLMs and automation to accelerate production timelines, reduce repeating manual work, and find leverage the team can build on. • Set up the tooling - A/B platforms, UTM structure, HubSpot reporting sliced by market and product - that lets the team run channel and positioning experiments and actually read the results. • Lead the marketing coordinator. Own the production calendar, campaign QA, and weekly outputs that keep the engine running predictably.
• 3-5 years marketing with meaningful time in marketing ops, lifecycle/CRM, or campaign operations • HubSpot fluency (can direct the agency and get hands-on when needed) • B2C brand experience at a startup or high-trust company (insurance, fintech, health, DTC) • track record coordinating across agencies and channel teams.
