📋 Description

• Oversee the Project Management team and planning, implementation, and tracking of Med-Metrix Suite of Products and Services • Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to specifications, deadlines, and budget • Define project objectives, create schedules, and oversee quality control • Attain resources and manage MMX team members, clients, third-party contractors, and consultants • Identify, assess, minimize, and timely escalate project risks • Collaborate with senior management to define project scope • Create detailed project plans and schedules, determine required resources, and allocate resources to activities • Establish project objectives and completion measures • Manage internal and external project staff • Ensure project personnel receive appropriate organization and project orientation • Execute projects according to project plans • Develop forms and records and secure project documentation • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary • Establish stakeholder communication schedules and provide progress updates • Review work quality with the project team regularly • Write project reports for management • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders • Monitor project expenditures and maintain current financial records, including ClickTime • Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements • Evaluate project outcomes • Ensure remote client access is disabled for terminated or transferred employees when applicable • Comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Protect and disclose PHI only according to HIPAA standards and limit PHI viewing to the minimum necessary • Report security or HIPAA violations and concerns to HIPAA Officers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred • PMP certification, preferred • Experience with classroom-based software training, preferred • Proficiency with MS Office • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to lead cross-functional internal and external calls • Ability to develop operational improvements and new opportunities • Ability to work cooperatively to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions • Ability to influence others to achieve organizational results • Ability to assess urgency, importance, and risks and make timely decisions • Ability to set priorities, schedule work, monitor progress, and track details, data, information, and activities • Ability to develop strategies, set goals, implement action plans, and evaluate results • Independent and self-motivated • Energetic with a strong desire to learn • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites • Ability to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress • Must comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Must protect and appropriately handle patients’ protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA standards
