📋 Description

• manage deliverables and lead change in a complex and innovative environment • ensure successful delivery of initiatives in alignment with business goals • communicate results across a broad stakeholder audience • build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance • provide purpose, direction, and motivation to senior professionals • contribute to the continuous evolution of project management methodologies and practices • manage the scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders • develop comprehensive Project Management artifacts • define and manage resource plans/allocations in support of successful project delivery and execution • monitor and report project health through standard governance • investigate lessons learned from prior projects, share perspectives to apply learnings to new projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field • 15+ years of direct progressive project management experience managing customer and business facing IT initiatives of varying degrees of complexity, size, and risk • 5+ years of cumulative experience managing large complex/multi-year digital transformation programs/projects across multiple functional teams • Full knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and framework • Expertise in various delivery methodologies and project frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Agile • Strong working knowledge of tools used in project management (such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite, Jira, etc.) • Excellent client facing, internal and external, written and verbal communication skills. • Security Clearance Requirement: Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) from the Federal Government.
