📋 Description
• Obtain, manage, and upload medical records to health plan/payor portals • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to access medical records • Track and manage retrieval projects to meet deadlines • Verify record accuracy for members and services • Organize records per company procedures • Review records for legibility and completeness • Upload medical records to payor portals • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information • Provide regular status updates on retrieval activities
