📋 Description

• Process calls and generate reports from Medcor Telehealth Triage clients, supervisors, or injured workers when triage is not required • Answer inbound employee and supervisor injury report calls in a fast-paced remote call center environment • Immediately transfer calls requiring triage to the appropriate triage queue • Follow standard operating procedures and client-specific directives • Gather and document workplace incident demographic information • Provide requested information to injured workers or supervisors • Enter accurate call information into Medcor’s proprietary Triage software • Follow protocols, proprietary algorithms, and application forms/fields • Use professional phone etiquette and customer service skills • Assist callers with problem solving • Communicate clearly using appropriate questioning and clarification • Collect and input data supporting documentation and reports • Follow HIPAA compliance policies • Maintain schedule adherence and accurately record shift activities • Monitor dashboard performance metrics and participate in coaching sessions • Complete compliance modules, training bulletins, and staff meeting newsletters • Complete projects and duties delegated by the Operations Manager or Director • Attend meetings requested by leadership or Learning and Development teams • Support Medcor’s core values and culture

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Fluent in both English and Spanish • At least two years of customer service or client relations experience preferred • Basic understanding of occupational job processes and potential injuries helpful • Proficient at data entry with speed and accuracy while listening and engaging in conversation • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute • PC proficiency • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to maintain a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection at the advocate residence meeting Medcor IT specifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a call center environment with minimal oversight
