📋 Description

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from Medcor customers in a call center environment • Document each call efficiently and accurately • Monitor and track individual and call center goals, productivity metrics, and statistics • Reflect all shift activities using the phone system and maintain personal schedule adherence • Provide superior customer service to Medcor clients and employees • Complete accurate assessment of symptoms and concerns using Medcor's Triage Algorithms • Follow HIPAA Compliance Policies • Complete six weeks of training: three weeks of classroom instruction and three weeks of precepting • Work a permanent overnight schedule between 11:00pm and 9:00am, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish • Valid RN license • Current BLS (CPR) certification • Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls • Strong technological skills • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Ability to work a major U.S. holiday rotation • Ability to work every other weekend • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information and provide care instructions • Ability to talk and/or hear; sit and use hands; and perform close-vision computer and written work • Ability to work on a computer for long periods • Private home space with four walls and a door for patient privacy • Access to high-speed internet, excluding satellite, within primary residence • Ability to receive and apply feedback • Call center experience is a plus • Occupational health experience is a plus
