📋 Description

• Drive successful placements of clinicians on assignment across multiple healthcare specialties and clients • Develop strong relationships with clinicians nationwide through proactive outreach • Recruit and place clinicians in temporary opportunities aligned with their clinical and specialty experience • Meet or exceed sales goals by driving new placements and clinician retention • Prospect, pre-screen, and activate candidate leads through cold calling, email, and text blasting • Identify open job opportunities matching candidates’ specialty experience and professional interests • Understand clinician job requirements and create compelling candidate profiles for hiring managers • Follow up daily on active submissions and collaborate with account managers to accelerate hiring • Schedule interviews and solicit assignment and extension offers • Pre-close and close offers to drive candidate acceptance • Maintain rapport with clinicians on assignment and drive extensions and rebooking • Assist with service or credentialing issues • Accurately enter candidate and placement activity into the Host Healthcare database • Work as part of the Host Healthcare Recruitment team at Host Healthcare, a Medical Solutions company

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous sales experience and/or healthcare knowledge preferred • Excellent verbal and written communications • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve collaboratively with candidates and internal team members • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Ability to maintain an organized, well-run sales desk and meet required turnaround times • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • High comfort level operating within technology platforms, such as Target Recruit • Background check may be required • References may be required • Remote eligibility may be considered for candidates with 3+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare staffing recruitment who live 50+ miles from a Medical Solutions office
