📋 Description

• Review and resolve incoming customer and sales requests or route them to the appropriate group • Resolve intermediate to difficult problems and collaborate with senior employees on complex problems/crosses • Cross-reference and research external brands to identify corresponding Medline products • Identify and report training deficiencies to the Product Manager or Senior Product Support Specialist • Identify product offering gaps and work with product managers to establish new vendors and items • Report product issues and concerns • Coordinate vendor and item setup discussions with relevant product managers or senior product support specialists • Provide administrative support and respond to sales representative questions • Support internal product and sales teams for Medline Industries’ Orthopedic division

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year customer service experience • Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Excel, including SUM, borders, column width, charts, text wrap, sorting, headers and footers, and print scaling • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Previous healthcare experience • Ability to work remotely in Pacific Standard Time
