📋 Description

• Responsible for reviewing incoming post service appeals for insurance carriers in all states. • Confirm all necessary documentation has been received as required by state regulations. • Review and assign appeals to the appropriate subject matter experts. • Conduct comprehensive reviews on all documentation submitted. • Associate documents to carrier claim and ensure all required documents have been received. • Attach additional documentation from multiple systems when necessary. • Request documentation from other sources both internal and external partners. • Utilizing proprietary databases to assign appeals to subject matter experts. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required with excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilizing multiple databases • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. • Good communication skills, able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing • Good organizational skills.
