📋 Description

• Lead the new Neuromodulation Marketing squad within Enterprise Operations Insights • Partner with business stakeholders to understand and solve business problems • Facilitate ideation and creation of analytical solutions across functions • Capture requirements and suggest analytical process improvements • Build analytics, insights, user workflows, and analytic products • Provide subject matter expertise and technical knowledge • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and Enterprise Operations Insights departments • Run daily scrum meetings with Analytics Development and Data Engineering teams • Drive development and deployment of analytical solutions • Align analytics and insights with end-to-end business processes and objectives • Support and drive analytics initiatives • Promote adoption and usage of analytics tools and insights • Support training on analytic tools • Ensure timely and efficient solution delivery • Generate insights for business use cases and serve as an analytics steward • Provide customer service and educate stakeholders to drive data-based decisions • Travel up to 25%, often only once a quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • University Degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics, Finance Analytics, and Salesforce Analytics • Past responsibilities as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment • Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion • SQL and Snowflake data model experience • Visualization experience such as PowerBI • PowerApps and Power Automate experience • Experience working with Agile tools such as DevOps • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
